It's been a while, stranger.
The past few months, I've been trying to figure out my next moves.
My first SaaS (isthiscourselegit) made $0, my second (streakr) hit $153, and my third (distribb) reached $500.
Looking at the trajectory, there's progress, but I'm still far from my half a million in revenue in 2024, and even farther from hitting my $3m/year goal.
Bouncing back from an exit has been harder than I thought.
It's not just about starting fresh. I lost my 30k email list, my French audience, and my cash flow machine. But I'm still super excited about what's ahead, and I'll never give up.
So what are my next moves?
1 - Podcast is back
I've decided to bring it back to talk with the best indie hackers from X. I've always been someone who gets my best ideas through conversations, so what better way to spend my days than talking to the best in the game?

2 - A new app is coming
I recently shared my (bad) blood work results on X, and I really need to act on it.
So I found the best iOS dev I could on X, and together we're launching a mobile app that will help you get your blood markers back on track. I'm bullish on this one because it's an app that both of us need and will use every single day.
I'm super excited for it.
